Individual Therapy

We start by listening, then create a simple, tailored plan with you. Our clinicians use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to map patterns and practice more helpful thoughts and behaviors, Behavioral Activation to restore momentum through small, do-able actions, and ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) to move you toward what matters even while symptoms are present. We integrate mindfulness to calm the nervous system, DBT-informed skills for emotion regulation and boundaries, and solution-focused strategies so change shows up between sessions. When relationships are part of the picture, we bring a family/systems-informed lens to improve communication. When medication might help, we’ll coordinate with your prescriber at your direction.
