Bio
With over 15 years of experience serving families across North Carolina, Kellice Meadows has worked with children, adolescents, and adults using an eclectic therapeutic approach. Her practice integrates person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy (FST). She understands that every client is unique, and she tailors her approach to meet each individual’s specific needs.
She has supported individuals navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, relationship conflicts, and LGBTQIA+ identity concerns. She is especially passionate about being a change agent for youth and families affected by trauma, mental health struggles, and the impact of social determinants. She is committed to helping individuals build resilience and develop practical tools to thrive in all areas of life. She also values a holistic approach to well-being.
Her faith has guided her through life’s journeys and continues to be a source of strength and grounding. She knows where her help comes from, and that belief fuels her work with others.
Kellice currently accepts Blue Cross, Aetna and Cigna, as well as cash pay.
